Deb Frank started training her first dog in 1980. She discovered agility in 1991 and became an instructor in 1995. Her Belgian Tervuren, Vanye, was the 3rd dog of his breed to attain the USDAA Agility Dog title in June of 1992. Since then Deb has continued to compete at the highest levels in agility trials sanctioned by USDAA, AKC , NADAC & ASCA. With more than 11 years experience teaching group classes and private lessons, Deb also regularly attends seminars with many of the nation's top agility competitors in order to share the latest teaching and handling techniques with her students.

Some of Deb's accomplishments include: • Earning more than 75 titles on five dogs

• Placing 7th at the USDAA Regionals in the 26" division.

• Qualifying for the NADAC Nationals

• 4th Place Purina Incredible Dog Challenge with Trekker


In 2007, Deb was chosen to review training books and
and videos for Clean Run Agility Magazine.

Deb was certified in 2009 as a TAGteach instructor.

Lelu, a Belgian Tervuren, is a conformation champion as well as Deb's current agility partner. Lelu finished her championship with multiple Best of Breed wins and an Award of Merit and is now enjoying her agility career.

Loup Riant's Rebel Rescue, MX, MXJ, XF, AAD, ASA, AG, NGC, RS-N, RJ-N, RG-N, FMD, HIC
Maquis was Deb and her husband Kevin's first foster pup for Belgian Sheepdog rescue group. Maquis quickly won their hearts with his silly grin and love of life and is now enjoying his agility career. He is handled by both Deb and Kevin.

Patana's Warpspeed Escapade CD, AX, AXJ, NAP,

Trekker, a Belgian Tervuren, lived up to his registered name. He was fast, flashy and his joyful barking made him a favorite of many spectators. In 2002  he was invited to participate in the Purina's Incredible Dog Challenge and wowed the crowd with his enthusiasm and his amazing weave pole performance. Unfortunately, arthritis forced him to retire early and his life was shortened tragically by cancer.

Golden Retriever Derek was supposed to be Deb's first obedience competition dog. However, when she discovered agility, Derek was able to switch gears easily!

Vanye was Deb's first competition dog as well as her first Belgian Tervuren. He started life quite fearful and only came out of his shell when Deb started his agility training.
